Ingredients
- 4 thick slices sourdough or flatbread
- 6 fresh figs, halved
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 100g blue cheese
- Sweet Sting Hot Honey
- Flat-leaf parsley
Method
- 01
Heat the oven to 200°C fan. Roast the figs cut side up for 10 minutes until slumping.

Toast or griddle the bread until well marked.

Crumble the blue cheese over the hot bread so it softens.

Drape the prosciutto, add the figs, and drizzle hot honey over everything.

Scatter parsley and eat immediately, standing up.
