Space Jam
Pushes it toward a proper satay heat.
Ingredients
- ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Sweet Sting Hot Honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- Warm water to loosen
Method
- 01
Whisk everything except the water together. It will seize and look wrong. Keep going.
- 02
Add warm water a tablespoon at a time until it drops off the spoon in a ribbon.
- 03
Taste and adjust — more lime if it is flat, more hot honey if it is sharp.
- 04
Keeps in a jar in the fridge for a week. It thickens cold; loosen with water.
