Ingredients
- 2 thick pork chops, bone in
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 tbsp Sweet Sting Hot Honey
- 50ml cream or chicken stock
- A knob of butter
- Rocket, to serve
Method

Season the chops hard and render the fat edge first, holding them upright in the pan.

Lay them flat, 4 minutes a side. Rest on a warm plate.

Off the heat, add the mustard, hot honey and cream to the pan and swirl through the fond.

Back on low for a minute until it thickens. Do not boil it or the cream splits.

Pour over the rested chops and serve with rocket to cut it.
