Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups grated tasty cheese
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp Sweet Sting Hot Honey
- Sour cream to serve
Method

Scatter cheese over half of each tortilla, then drizzle hot honey directly onto the cheese.

Add spring onion and fold the tortilla over.

Dry pan on medium, 3 minutes a side, pressing gently with a spatula.
