Sweet Sting Superhot
If you want the broth to fight back.
Ingredients
- 2 portions ramen noodles
- 800ml good chicken or pork broth
- 2 tbsp Sweet Sting Hot Honey
- 1 tbsp miso
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- Spring onion, chilli oil, nori
Method
- 01
Bring the broth to a simmer and whisk in the miso. Do not boil it after this point.
- 02
Stir the hot honey through off the heat and taste — it should be savoury first, sweet second.
- 03
Cook the noodles separately so the starch doesn't cloud the broth.
- 04
Build the bowls: noodles, broth, halved eggs.
- 05
Spring onion, nori, a last drizzle of hot honey and chilli oil.
