Ingredients
- 400g beef mince and 200g pork mince
- 1 egg
- 60g breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, grated
- 3 tbsp Sweet Sting Hot Honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- Parsley, and rice or soft rolls to serve
Method

Mix the minces, egg, breadcrumbs, grated onion and plenty of salt. Stop as soon as it comes together or they go bouncy.

Roll into 24 balls and chill 15 minutes so they hold their shape in the oven.

Bake at 200°C fan for 18 minutes on a lined tray, turning once.

Simmer the hot honey, soy and vinegar for two minutes, until it coats the back of a spoon.

Tip the hot meatballs into the glaze and roll them through. Parsley over, and serve on rice or stuffed into rolls.
