Ingredients
- 45ml gin
- 20ml lime juice
- 15ml Sweet Sting Hot Honey, loosened with a splash of hot water
- 4 slices cucumber
- Soda water
Method

Muddle three cucumber slices gently in the shaker — bruise, don't pulverise.

Add gin, lime and the loosened hot honey with plenty of ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds.

Double strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.

Top with soda and garnish with the last cucumber slice.
