The mildest one we make, for a lunchbox version the kids will eat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup pitted dates
- ½ cup almonds
- 2 tbsp Sweet Sting Hot Honey
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- Desiccated coconut to roll
Method
- 01
Blitz the almonds and oats to a coarse meal.

Add the dates, cocoa and hot honey and blitz again until it clumps around the blade.

If it won't hold together, add hot honey a teaspoon at a time.

Roll into balls, then roll in coconut.

Fridge for an hour to firm. They keep two weeks.
